Ultimate Frisbee was adopted into Seattle PAL in 2019 with officers receiving training through DiscNW. Officers work with children to teach them the rules of the sport and to promote the spirit of the game. Seattle PAL intends to build on the spirit of the game which “places the responsibility for fair play on the player” and empower young people and officers to connect in meaningful ways.
