Seattle Police Officers work with NW Premier coaches to bring youth together on the weekends to learn, have fun, and exercise through flag football. Officers have opportunities to interact with youth in a positive setting and form strong relationships with the kids during the season.
The 2019 season kicked off with 40+ youth participating in a skills and drills day with a visit from Seattle Seahawk Jacob Martin, a free BBQ prepared by the Seattle Police Department, and a scrimmage at the end of the day. During the season, players practice for an hour then play a game. At the end of the season there is an elimination tournament where the winning teams will compete for the championship belts!
